Return Policy

At Carat Legacy, customer satisfaction is our priority.

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Due to the personalized nature of jewellery, customized, personalized, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and certificates intact.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only for eligible cases involving:

  • Damaged products received during delivery.
  • Verified manufacturing defects.
  • Order cancellations approved by Carat Legacy.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Warranty Policy

Carat Legacy offers:

  • Lifetime Manufacturing Support on all eligible jewellery products.
  • Free inspection and basic maintenance services.
  • Jewellery polishing warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Manufacturing defects reported within the applicable warranty period will be covered as per warranty terms and conditions.
  • Damage caused due to misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
  • Shipping and insurance charges for warranty services will be borne by the customer.
