Return Policy
At Carat Legacy, customer satisfaction is our priority.
- Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Due to the personalized nature of jewellery, customized, personalized, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and certificates intact.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only for eligible cases involving:
- Damaged products received during delivery.
- Verified manufacturing defects.
- Order cancellations approved by Carat Legacy.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Warranty Policy
Carat Legacy offers:

Lifetime Manufacturing Support on all eligible jewellery products.

Free inspection and basic maintenance services.
- Jewellery polishing warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Manufacturing defects reported within the applicable warranty period will be covered as per warranty terms and conditions.
- Damage caused due to misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
- Shipping and insurance charges for warranty services will be borne by the customer.
